Chief Executive Officer
Guy Bourgeois has extensive knowledge in the advanced materials and graphite industry, having served as an owner, investor, advisor, or board member in dozens of cutting-edge businesses over the past 30 years. An experienced C-level executive with a track record in leading-edge advanced materials technology, energy generation sectors, and nanotechnology. Skilled in raising capital, obtaining government grants, expanding global business development, and creating smart business strategies. Over the last 10 years, Guy served as a global Director, COO, and CEO for advanced materials and metals technology firms.
Shawn Babcock
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Babcock has more than nine years of senior executive leadership experience and a proven track record of commercializing innovative technologies across emerging industrial sectors. A hands-on operator known for transforming novel technologies into scalable, operationally efficient commercial platforms. Most recently, he served as CEO of Change Agronomy, where he founded and scaled one of North America's largest industrial hemp companies, developing a multi-stage, patent-pending agronomy and processing platform.
Gary Dodge
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Dodge brings a wealth of experience in finance and business development across a range of industries. He spent over twenty years internationally with PwC, specializing in finance, consulting, and mergers and acquisitions, and held national business development leadership roles in both the United States and Africa. He also has more than ten years of industry experience, including serving as CFO for several TSX Venture Exchange companies. Mr. Dodge is a Chartered Professional Accountant and graduate of Dalhousie University.
Keith Ebert
Board Member
Mr. Ebert joins the Board with over 30 years of experience in the public and private Capital Markets. Following a career in Engineering, he engaged the Canadian investment industry starting as an analyst and years later as a Senior Vice President of Investment Banking across a diverse group of industries from Technology, Biotechnology, Mining, and Oil and Gas. Additionally, Mr. Ebert has held senior management positions in Corporate Development with both mining and oil and gas companies.

Dr. Ian Flint, PhD, P.Eng.
Technical Advisor
Dr. Flint brings more than 30 years of experience in process development, pilot plant design and testing, and industrial-scale plant design and operation. His background spans mineral processing, with particular depth in graphite, as well as more than 15 years focused specifically on graphene technologies. He has founded two technology startups, Lab 4 and Zero Energy Water, both of which have successfully progressed to commercialization.
Michael R. Turner
Advisor
Michael R. Turner is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the resource industry. He has held key leadership roles across diverse organizations, spearheading initiatives in advanced technology implementation, process optimization, and environmental stewardship. Recently, Mr. Turner has implemented Ultrasonic Technology in graphene applications for cement, batteries, and standalone power, and developed a proprietary water technology system.
Dr. Vladislav Postoupalski
Technical Advisor
Plaid Technologies Inc is proud to have a seasoned businessman and entrepreneur join the company as its Chief Operating Officer. Apart from his decades of business provenance, he is a qualified MD and holds an Master's Degree in Immunology. From 1995 through 2023 Dr. Postoupalski ran his real estate construction and development, mining, commodities trading and technology developments through his Merkuri Holding AG company. Via that entity he created Attimar AG, the holder of multiple patents and technologies, which was acquired by Plaid Technologies. He has completed construction and development projects in Paris, France, Turkey and Ukraine. He also has decades as an expert level trader in oil and tungsten. These skills and existing relationships will assist Plaid Technologies with our future growth and expansion across the EU region. He also a member of both the Economic and Financial Forums of Switzerland and Germany where private and public interests meet to discuss future global trends, technologies and developments.
